How It Works

• Provide a high traffic web site for rental properties. (Approximately 300 viewers per week)

You:

• Get a group of tenant applicants who are web literate and serious about renting.
• Display properties for up to 30 days prior to vacancy. Information stays available on web until leased at which time you should remove it from the database.
• Link to your homepage.
• Receive unlimited access to our public eviction and unlawful detainer file.
• Receive unlimited access to our current tenant request list.

You pay: $250 1st year subscription fee which includes all of the above.
You agree to: Follow fair housing and maintain confidentiality of passwords.
