The Hill: Famous for its Italian
heritage and many fine restaurants, The Hill is located near I-44 and Kingshighway, and
very near the Missouri Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood is the birthplace of baseball
greats Joe Garagiolia and Hall-of-Famer Yogi Berra. It is a close-knit community, proud of
its heritage. Many of the older homes were built with hidden subcellars to hide wine
