Located just across the Mississippi River in
Illinois is St. Clair county with its gorgeous scenery and blend
of old and new housing. Located just east of the Mississippi,

with easy commutes to Scott. A new MidWest
Airport located near Scott and designed to relieve some of the
Lambert Field traffic, is expected to be operational soon.

Belleville. The "Beautiful City" was founded in 1814 and almost immediately became the county seat of St. Clair County. Incorporated in 1819 as a village, Belleville grew into a chartered city of 3500 by 1850 and today boasts a population of 44,000+, and has become the financial, legal, medical and professional center of Southwestern Illinois.
